Litter #2 PUP-DATES (continued)
Apparently the PUP-DATES page has sparked a little friendly competition between puppy families.   After reading how well POTTER  is doing with his "potty-training," Jeter's Mom Joan wrote:    "Well, if we're going to BRAG ... Jeter is doing very well TOO!"   (She confesses the only time he has an accident is when he's VERY distracted by a visit from their granddaughter.)

Shorttly thereafter I got a phone message from Rose Girl (Dottie's) Mom saying SHE too is doing SO well with potty training ... and she's sleeping through the night ... and she plays SO well with their daughters, and she's just a wonderful addition to the family.    "We just LOVE her!"

Gold GIrl's Mom, Nancy also e-mailed recently that despite "Starbuck" being a little too "mouthy" (they're working on that!), she's doing very well too.  She even scratches at the sliding door when she wants to go outside to go potty!  Kylie can hardly wait until Starbuck is old enough to come with them on their walk to school every morning!   Starbuck will be starting Puppy Kindergarten next week.

Navy Boy  ("Rocket")... well, what can I say.   Apparently he's part MONKEY.    Barbara reports that he's CLIMBING OVER their newly-installed puppy gates.    <sigh>    OK, Rocket, you cut that out ... don't make Grandma Lesley & Grandma Kathe come up there and "SHAKER CAN" you!!

Things are returning to "normal" around here ... Dotsie and  Dagger are playing a LOT again!
Finishing the year ranked in the Top 25 Dalmatians in the nation, his past weekend Daddy Jet traveled to Tampa, FLorida to compete in the Eukanuba National Championship Dog Show.   Unfortunately it was not Jet's day -- he didn't win so we didn't get to see him in the Non-Sporting Group on LIVE TV.

("We still like you best
of ALL, Jet!")
While Dotsie's "figure" is returning to normal, she's "blowing her coat," which happens after a Mom dog weans a litter of puppies.   So at Golden Gate Kennel Club at the Cow Palace (January 29 & 30), Dotsie is entered, but just for "exhibition," (just to show Dagger "the ropes," and to meet-and-greet the public, which she LOVES, and I'll just show Dagger.)
